Clinical Case Reports

Clinical Case Reports: In chiropractic medicine, a historical clinical case report is a detailed medical report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient case or clinical case presentation. Case reports may contain a demographic profile of the patient but typically describe an unusual or novel occurrence. Our goal has been to present the public with pertinent clinical presentations that may serve our readers well. Some chiropractic case reports also contain a literature review of other reported cases.

Case reports are professional historical narratives that provide feedback on clinical practice guidelines and offer a framework for early signals of effectiveness, adverse events, and cost. They can be shared for medical, scientific, or educational purposes. A clinical case report is the genesis of clinical hypothesis creation. From the deduced hypothesis, higher-level studies can be undertaken for further knowledge pursuits. Dr. Alex Jimenez has compiled clinal case reports to peak into his practice from a clinical prism. These studies come from his personal patient pool and clinical research compiled from professional cohorts.
